Every home, whether new or old, will have some issues that can be revealed during a home inspection. The purpose of the inspection isn't about passing or failing; rather, it's about gaining a clear understanding of the property through the inspection report.
Our home inspection services are visual and non-invasive. During the property inspection, we will check everything we can safely access, but we won't be cutting into walls or moving personal belongings. After the inspection, you will receive a detailed inspection report.
If you are able to join the home inspection, it's a great chance to see things firsthand and ask questions. If you can't make it, don't worry! Your inspection report will be detailed with photos and notes from the property inspection.
The home inspection report highlights various conditions, but it’s not simply a repair list or an appraisal. Instead, think of it as a guide to help you prioritize and plan following your property inspection.
Whether during the home inspection, right after reviewing the inspection report, or weeks later, I’m here to answer questions and help you understand the findings from your property inspection.
We provide clear and thorough home inspections that you can rely on, complete with a detailed inspection report to ensure a comprehensive property inspection.
